Terms of Service

The contract between you and the operator. Read carefully — by using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Defined Terms

The following terms have specific meanings in this document:

  • Operator — the entity providing the Service (see §15 for legal-entity details).
  • Service — the online gaming platform operated under the MONO Platform brand at huli.bet and any other operator-owned domain registered with the AOFA.
  • Player — an individual who has registered an Account.
  • Account — the registered profile through which a Player accesses the Service.
  • Wallet— the operator-managed balance representing the Player’s funds and bonus credits available for use on the Service.
  • Wagering Requirement — the multiple of a bonus that must be wagered on eligible games before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. See Bonus Terms.
  • KYC — Know Your Customer identity verification, governed by our KYC Policy.
  • Self-Exclusion— a Player’s formal request to be blocked from the Service for a defined period; governed by our Responsible Gambling page.
  • Working Day— Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the operator’s jurisdiction of incorporation.
  • Authority — the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority (AOFA), being the regulator that licenses the Operator.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms, by our Privacy Policy, and by every other policy published in our Legal section. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Comorian Union; see §13 for the full governing-law and dispute-resolution clause.

Eligibility & Excluded Jurisdictions

You may register an Account only if:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or the higher legal gambling age of your jurisdiction of residence — whichever is greater.
  • You are not in a jurisdiction that we have excluded under our Excluded Territories page. That page is rendered live from the same registry our geo-block middleware consults.
  • You are not on a sanctions list (UN, EU, OFAC, AOFA-designated, FATF-blacklist). We screen at registration and periodically thereafter (see our AML Policy).
  • You are acting on your own behalf, with your own funds and your own payment instruments. Acting on behalf of another person is prohibited; see §9.
  • Online gambling is lawful for you in your jurisdiction. We do not provide legal advice — that determination is yours.

The minimum age is enforced through age-of-majority verification at registration and full identity verification before any withdrawal. Misrepresenting your age results in immediate account closure and forfeiture of winnings — see our Underage Gambling policy.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration:

  • Full legal name as it appears on your government identification.
  • Date of birth.
  • Country of residence and full residential address.
  • A valid email address and a valid mobile telephone number you control.
  • A username and password you have not reused on another service.

Each individual may hold only one Account. Creating multiple Accounts — directly, through a household member used as a front, through a VPN, or otherwise — is a serious breach. Consequences may include account closure, forfeiture of bonus funds, refusal of withdrawals to the duplicate Account, and where money laundering is suspected a Suspicious Activity Report under our AML Policy.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at support@huli.bet if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Identity verification is governed by our KYC Policy. In summary:

  • Basic identity is validated at registration.
  • Full document-based KYC is required before any withdrawal.
  • Enhanced Due Diligence is mandatory once your cumulative deposits reach USD 10,000 (Anjouan License Conditions §4).
  • Documents on file are refreshed at least every 24 months.

Failing to complete required KYC, or submitting fraudulent documents, may result in account suspension, withdrawal hold, or — in cases of clear fraud — forfeiture of funds in line with applicable law.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Player Funds

Deposits are processed in your Account currency through licensed payment providers. We may add, remove, or restrict payment methods at any time consistent with our Anjouan licensing and applicable law.

Your funds are held in segregated client-trust accounts described in our Player Funds Segregationpage. They are not commingled with the Operator’s working capital and are protected in the event of Operator insolvency.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification, wagering requirements, anti-money-laundering checks, and the cooling-off and self-exclusion policies in your Responsible Gamblingsettings. Processing times vary by payment method; we publish indicative ranges in your Account’s payment area.

Where a transaction is large or unusual, we may request additional documentation before processing it. This is an AML obligation, not a discretionary delay; the documentation required is the minimum sufficient under applicable rules.

Bonuses and Promotions

Bonus mechanics — eligibility, wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry, maximum bet during a bonus, and abuse rules — are set out in detail on our Bonus Terms page. Each individual promotion may add specific terms; those terms are presented to you when you opt in.

Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple Accounts, systematic exploitation of game maths, automated bot play, third-party promotion-arbitrage services, or any form of fraud — results in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account closure under §10.

Responsible Gambling

Responsible gambling is treated as a player right, not a corporate concession. Your account’s settings include deposit limits, loss limits, session-time limits, reality-check pop-ups, cooling-off windows, and self-exclusion. You may set, lower, or extend any of these tools at any time. Increases honour a 24-hour cooling-off period; decreases take effect immediately.

Self-exclusion takes effect within 1 working day of your request, per License Conditions §3. See our Responsible Gambling page for the full policy and a list of independent support organisations.

Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach:

  • Use of automated software or bots to place wagers, exploit game maths, or harvest promotions.
  • Collusion with other Players to influence outcomes (especially in any game with shared decision points such as poker).
  • Multi-accounting — operating more than one Account per individual, directly or through a proxy.
  • Identity misrepresentation, including the use of stolen, borrowed, or synthetic identities.
  • Money laundering, fraud, or financing of terrorism, including structuring, layering, or any conduct designed to evade financial-crime controls. See our AML Policy.
  • Use of VPNs, proxies, or other location-disguising tools to access the Service from an excluded jurisdiction. See Excluded Territories.
  • Circumvention of responsible-gambling controls, including opening a new account during an active self-exclusion period or attempting to transfer funds out of a self-excluded Account by indirect means.
  • Unauthorised accessto the Operator’s systems, attempts to compromise the integrity of games, or any conduct intended to gain an unfair advantage.

Account Suspension and Closure

We may suspend or close an Account when we have reasonable grounds to believe:

  • The Account has breached these Terms.
  • The Account is involved in fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, or another financial crime.
  • The Account is operated by an excluded or self-excluded individual.
  • The Account has failed to complete required identity verification.
  • A regulatory or law-enforcement direction requires us to do so.

Where an Account is closed at our initiative for breach: bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are forfeit; staked funds may be void where applicable rules permit; remaining cash balances are returned to the original payment instrument subject to AML, sanctions, and other applicable law.

You may close your Account at any time by writing to support@huli.bet or using the in-account close-Account flow. We process voluntary closures within 5 working days of receipt and refund any cash balance to the original payment instrument subject to standard verification.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
  • Our total aggregate liability to you, in any 12-month period, shall not exceed the cash balance in your Wallet at the time the cause of action arose, or USD 10,000, whichever is lower.

Nothing in this clause limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited as a matter of law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected. Your rights under our Complaints & Disputes procedure and your right of escalation to the AOFA are preserved irrespective of this clause. Player funds protection under our Player Funds Segregation page is also unaffected.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. For material changeswe give you at least 30 days’ advance notice by email and an in-app banner; you may close your Account during the notice period without penalty if you do not accept the change. For minor changes (clarifying wording, fixing typos, updating a contact email) we publish the change on this page and reflect it in the version-and-effective-date strip at the top of the page; continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the law of the Comorian Union. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service are resolved through the procedure set out in our Complaints & Disputes page:

  1. First, the Operator’s internal complaints procedure (8 weeks maximum to a final operator outcome).
  2. Second, the alternative-dispute-resolution provider appointed by the AOFA (free to the Player, binding on the Operator).
  3. Third, the AOFA (Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority) as final regulator- level arbiter.
  4. Fourth, a court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause removes your right to bring proceedings in such a court.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision is read down to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid.

These Terms, together with the policies cross-referenced from them, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator in respect of the Service. Prior versions are superseded but a record of changes is preserved in our immutable audit trail.

Operator Identity

The Service is operated by:

  • Legal entity: Operator legal name TBC.
  • Registration number: TBC upon licensing approval.
  • Jurisdiction of incorporation: TBC upon licensing approval.
  • Registered office: TBC upon licensing approval.
  • Anjouan licence: TBC upon licensing approval.
